Broadband

Dose anyone know what is going on with sky as I have been charged for having sky Tv since November last year and I do not have I only have the broadband and still they trying to keep taking money out of my account I have none stopped made call to sky but each and everyone giving different answers this is really stressful

Did you previously have a Sky TV subscription? If you did how and when did you cancel it and did Sky send you an email acknowledging the cancellation?
