Payment
I've recently changed my payment method to direct debit, will sky cancel my other arrangement I had which was a recurring card payment

Depending on when you changed it, and when your next bill was due it may not happen until your December bill.
Bills for Sky Q, Sky+, and Sky Broadband/Talk are generated 14 days before your payment date.
Bills for Sky Mobile, Sky Glass and Stream they are generated 3 days beforehand.
