Still taking money but no products
I have been charged £41.50 a month for several months, the debit shows NowTV but they say it's sky. I can't get hold of anyone to help me but have no broadband, contract or emails relating to this charge. How can I get help?

@Nige66 Call sky, but also have a look at the Direct Debit, there will be a reference number that can be used for sky to find out what the payment is against once or if you get past some security! If that fails then document the details in a formal complaint e-mail with all and any relevant details!

When and how and to who did you cancel the broadband you had or did you use the switching service to move to another supplier,

I've not had sky or switched from sky. The only contact with sky is a sky internet box I had but sent back as the service was not fast enough. I sent this back and had email confirmation of my account closure

@Nige66 Not sure how/what your bank details show to you but both my sky DD have account number in reference with some off the numbers **** starred out, so Now .GB is kind off strange especially if you did not have a NOW TV unit etc?

@JimM1 yes it's wierd as I do have a NowTV account (and unit) which I use to watch the F1 for 24hrs and that bills ok but the account doesn't show any other billing. I even have a sky account but that shows zero billing history or products.
