Payment

Can I possibly have an extension of 2 to 3 months sky payment holiday as in last few months I've lost people and need to go away also with being of work can't afford bit it's only til I'm back as a valid customer for 14 years and the problem with boardband ca you sort this for me please

If you’re not already aware the Sky Community is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.

You can't 'extend' it. If you’ve already requested a payment holiday, you can only apply for another one if it’s in the next 12-month period. For example, if you requested one in your first 1 – 12 months, you can’t request another one until the next 12 months period of 13 – 24 months etc.

Sky don't  do payment  holidays , if you are having problems with  payments it's  best to call them about this but I  don't know  what they will do, but it is  always  best  contact  them and see if there is anything  that can be done
