I started a new 24 month broadband contract on 11th April and the engineer offered me 2 months free sky cinema.
I accepted the offer. I called yesterday 9th May to give 31 days notice to cancel the free cinema. Broadband was not discussed.
I then received an email to say my broadband has been recontracted again from 9th May. I can't get an answer to why this happened. I wondered if anyone else has had this issue.
You will need to call Sky about so when you do just remain on the line and ignore any questions asked by the bot so remain silent when it asks you anything.
