Why won't it let me make payment on phone

If you have a payment method setup then there should be no need to make a payment on the phone so how is your bill paid each month do Sky take it automatically from you ?

It comes out of my bank but wages did not go in till today so just wanted to pay my bill but won't let me

If you haven't been asked to make a manual payment then don't.

 

Are your services currently restricted?

 

When did the payment bounce?  (A second will be reattemped 10 days later before restrictions)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
