Credit refund

I put some money on my credit for sky mobile but want it refunded and don't know how to do so any help would be great

You don't need to make such payments as Sky will take the money for your bill from whatever payment method setup on your account. So for this payment you have made do you see a credit on your account ?

Yes I see the credit on my account saying it will be used for the next payment i just want to transfer it back into my account if that is possible

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.
