Payment

I made my sky payment when due 19th December and had a notification off sky saying retired payment 2 days ago but nothing returned and unsure why

If you made a manual payment this is to be expected as the manual payment will go as credit on your account for next months bill.


Automated payments are scheduled in advance so any manually payment cant stop the automated process and won't stop the payment being taken twice in a month and just not be taken the following month

 

You shouldn't make manual payments unless asked to by Sky as the billing system is fully automated and requires either a direct debit or a continuous payment method with a debit or credit card setup on your account as per the T&Cs.
