To remove part of your TV package you need to give 31 days notice. Be aware if you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another discount. You may be able to remove it from your My Sky account at
https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/tv-packs
otherwise you can either call Sky or use the messaging service to cancel this

Hi, Am I missing something but none of these options work??? Is there a way to cancel sky cinema without calling Sky. Thanks
You should be able to do it when the chat is available. Otherwise it is a phonecall.

If it won't let you cancel via your My Sky account as per the link above then it may mean you are in a minimum term contract for Sky Cinema.

That could be due to the fact it was 6.30 on New Years Eve so you might have to wait to use the limit contact options tomorrow or try again to use the messaging service on Thursday.
