You’re not talking to Sky Customer Services. This is a customer based forum where customers try to help other customers. We obviously can't see your account or bills. How do you normally pay and when is your normal payment date?

Find out moreDoes sound like you may have made a manual payment but already have a continuous payment method setup which means any manual payments would go towards your next bill as the continuous payment would have been triggered when the bill was generated to automatically take the payment on the agreed billing date.
