Payment

Can you please have a look at my account, its saying February payment is cleared, but then also says its over due. I have the money in my account so I don't understand why it hasn't come out

You’re not talking to Sky Customer Services. This is a customer based forum where customers try to help other customers. We obviously can't see your account or bills. How do you normally pay and when is your normal payment date?

Does sound like you may have made a manual payment but already have a continuous payment method setup which means any manual payments would go towards your next bill as the continuous payment would have been triggered when the bill was generated to automatically take the payment on the agreed billing date.

Where is it saying it is cleared and where does it say it is overdue ?
