Why have I just had another £89 taken out of my bank when I had been told no upfront cost on my new contract

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Kirsty211 You're not asking Sky via the forum, however if this is for a mobile phone and you've only just passed a credit check an upfront payment may also be required.
