Payment

Hello, I have not had a direct debit payment taken for the last 2 months unable to get in touch with Sky and the info online/ on my account is no help

Are your services restricted?

 

Does your billing show any outstanding amount?  (Are you logged into the correct account?)

No restrictions & I can't see any balance... shows payment was due May 1st which was bank holiday but still not been taken & April payment was also not taken

What does your online Sky bill say about your April bill, does it say it has been carried over or something else ?

It's showing like the payment has been taken but it's not, do yous have a telephone number I can't try for sky the one iv tried I can't get through but would really like to speak with someone

You can also use the free 150 number if you have a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk landline phone.
