Need to cancel/put on hold and have refund ASAP

Hi people, am in a real bind.  Need to cancel my account or put on hold and to have my payment from last week refunded ASAP.  Is there any way around that?  I tried the cost of living links but nothing.  Thanks in advance.

There is a messaging service you can use if you don't want to call.

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv

Select "Yes, I still need help" at the bottom of the page.

You're asking other customers here.

If you are not bound by a minimum term then you can give notice to cancel (14 days BB/31 days TV).

I'll doubt they'll refund a payment from last week unless it was an overpayment.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own

If your payment last week was to settle an outstanding bill, then it's unlikely that Sky will refund it.

Depending on the services you have, you may not be able to cancel, if you're in contract, or will have to pay off the remaining term.
