Payment

Payed my bill in sky app. Still saying I owe payment but money pending in my bank

You should not need to make manual payments as the chances are all you have done is to put a credit on your account (which will be used to pay the following bill) and not actually pay the bill so do you see a credit on your account ?

 

Sky should be taking the payment automatically from you via either a credit or debit card or a direct debit depending on whatever payment you have setup on your account.

I think you mean you "shouldn't need to".
