Payment

Hi I recently had my mobile bill come out of my account but I think cause my card wasn't working it wasn't going through I have make manual payment via the app I was just checking to make sure this doesn't come out again as I've paid the monthly bill

@Jess208  Your post has been moved from the email board as you are not emailing SKyt by posting there, it is intended for SKy/Yahoo email account related issues.

 

If your Debit card changes & you pay by Direct Debit it does not affect your DD payment, making a manual payment will not stop the direct debit payment being taken.

 

Unless asked to do so you should never be making such payments.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

What does your bill say, does it say it has been paid, does it show it is still to be paid and does a credit show on it ?
