Installation time slot

I have a date confirmed for sky activation. Can I book a specific time and if yes, how do I do it?

No, you'll be given either an AM or PM slot, you can't schedule a specific time as yours is not the only appointment thr

e installer will be dealing with, they will have other appointments prior to yours and if they overrun they would not make a specific time slot.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
