@eileenandrews57  If there is a payment due Sky will attempt to take on the due date, if this fails services will become restricted, Sky won;t keep services running on the promise of a payment.

 

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

You should have a payment method setup to Sky can take it automatically from you each month so if you do have a card or a direct debit setup then there is no need to make an online payment.

 

If for some reason you have no payment setup then you can make the payment online whenever you want.

Sky require you to set up a monthly direct debit or card payment. Manual payments aren't necessary.
