Cancelliig sky Fiber

Hi. I've signed up to SKY fiber cpl weeks ago but I've still not been activated because they are awaiting for Openreach to send a specialist engineer to fix a line. Because I haven't been activated yet, can I still cancel and join Virgin Media for example as they have their own lines and won't need open reach to find that elusive engineer. Many thanks.

The provisioning is primarily from the path to your property.  Depending on the current state and layout VM may also need to provision a connection to your house, including digging holes etc...

If there's cabling to the house already then they can usually provision quite quickly as they only need to provision in the roadside cabinet.  (They disconnect there to reduce interference on 'dead' lines)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
