Can someone please tell me why I have two payments coming out of my bank  as it should be 46 a month not over 100

In case you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum so you’re not addressing Sky Customer Services. We obviously have no access to your account. Do the two payments on the relevant bills cover the same package and the same dates?

One says sky digital and one says sky TV they come out my bank a week apart but I thought it was one payment of 46 a month I'm new to sky

I suppose it may depend on how your bank depict each subscription on your bank statement. My TV / Broadband & Talk are marked as Sky Digital on my statement. Sky Mobile is marked as Sky Mobile andSky Protect as Sky Protect.
