Payment sent back

Hey, I paid a manual payment for both my sky talk and sky mobile. It also came off direct debit. It now says Payment sent back on each account on 4th November ! How long do I wait for these payments to be put back into my account ?

Did you instigate contact with Sky over these unnecessary manual payments? If so they usually take 3-5 working days to be refunded. You may need to recontact them.
