Payment made after restrictions

I need to know what I get with my SKY account. I have just paid my bill and the system says I owe nothing but the only things I can find regarding which channels I get is from March 2024

The TV section of the MySky app or online here should show you what package you have on your account:

It maybe that we have to wait until tomorrow daytime. We have all services apart from NETFLIX but the Sky App says sorry to see you go. I haven't a clue

Have you left Sky in the past and then returned after being away for a year or more ?

We had to cancel our broadband earlier this year and I think we had to leave just over 3yrs ago then came back after 6mths but we have VIP status although that shows 8yrs but somewhere else on the app shows us joining in 2020 (we were definitely there before that)
