Payment for broadband

Charge for broadband despite being cancelled

Billing continues as normal, even during notice period.  Bills are monthly in advance and will include a period past your cessation date.

What date did you leave Sky Broadband or are you in your notice period, if it is the latter then billing continues as normal then after you have left anything left on your account can be refunded to you so post back on here if you need help with this as we can help to get the process to return any credit to you speeded up.

And was date is the bill due to be paid on or has it already been paid ?

@Packomdp  That bill was generated on your final day as a sky customer by the looks of it

 

so it needs paying with credit for overpayment refunded on the next bill

Bills are created 14 days in advaice so was has happened is this bill would have been created on the day you left, the 19th June so onceit has been paid tomorrow the £41.86 should appear as a credit meaning it can be refunded to you so when that happens post back here as we can alert Sky's Message team who should be able to help with the refund.
