Payment due
I have just checked my sky bills one for tv package and the other for broadband. The payment date is 17th of every month however i checked my bill this morning 17|02 |26 its saying payment due on both accounts. I pay by continuous credit card and never had a problem the card is good however last month one of the payments was questiond by the credit card payments for possiblle fraudulant payment i thought i had got it sorted out by visiting the bank branch and the sky shop. So i re entered my card details for the next months payments ie( febuary 17)
And now its saying PAYMENT DUE The credit has no issues as i used it today to buy something off Amazon.
CAN SOMEONE HELP PLEASE . I have been with sky for the est part of 27 years & never had a problem
Regards tony

Re: Payment due
@big+tony If today is the Due Date then at present there isn't anything you need to do unless the payment fails, if paymeht fails Sky will inform you and advise on the next steps.

Re: Payment due
@big+tony you could check your credit card statement to see if it shows a pending payment for Sky. That should indicate that the payment process is under way.

Don' worry at the moment unlike directs debit card payments can be taken any time of the day. Though I have direct debit for Sky, I have card payments for various others subscriptions ie pure video Disney plus ect, and as a rule the payment can be taken quite late in the day. Check in the morning to see if has been taken. And some if for some reason has it has failed you will quickly get a email from Sky telling you.

I wouldn't worry too much yet, I've seen it where the actual Sky payment isn't taken until the evening, and thus the status has shown overdue for practically the entire billed due date.

- Just looked at " Your Sky bill" section payments on the my Sky app and tells me payment date and the method "Direct Debit" If did this it should say today as the payment date and "credit card" as the payment method. If it dose I would not worry at moment as it appears they have you all set up. As you say sky have not attempted to take payment and its down to them to do so the ball is in their court. There not not a lot more you can do. If they had tried to take it and it failed then I'm option it would be time to worry.
