@Fran45
Unless you’ve changed your subscription, prices go up for either the annual price increase (April in the UK) or when your discounts are ending. Sky will have told you the date any discount was ending when you took it out so if it has ended you’ll be paying the full undiscounted price. Perhaps compare a previous bill to your latest bill and see where the amounts differ
www.sky.com/bill.

If you’re no longer in a discounted minimum term, or its ending soon the best new discounts are normally acquired by calling Sky and negotiating or potentially amending your package which will now require a 24 month minimum term contract. Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount, and recent posts on here indicate that significant discounts are now harder to come by. If you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.

This is what i did back February  this year, firstly   just to let you  know   i have a sky glass  tv  and a puck everything  bit tnt sports,  so i  had discounts  coming  to an end. I looked at what offers  new customers  could get  and with this information i phoned sky and asked to speak to the retention team, i have been a sky customer  for over 17 years, any  way including  that  i have brought  a sky glass gen 2 tv at £19 a month  my bill including  that and still with the same package  is under  £90 for two years  including  this year's price  increase and i got a discount  on my gigafast download  to for 2 years aswell hope this helps  in sum way for you good luck
