Paying bill for old phone / tv costs
My wife got a new phone and had to set up her own account but I am still paying for her old phone on our sky bill.
she kept the old number (which she was told she could do with no charge) but we're paying £12.50 a month on my account and she's paying £49 a month on hers. This has been happening for 3 months I think without us knowing.
Her name is Emily Bodmer
I'd also like to discuss TV costs please.
Thank you
Robert Bodmer

If your wife has another phone and it is on your account then you have to keep paying for it until the credit agreement has been paid off in full.

This is customer-led help forum - you aren't contacting Sky directly here...
