New unwanted contract

I had a problem with netflix and Sky put me on a new contract and cut Sky of completley an engineer arrived over a week later and fixed it in secounds. But I cannot get my old Netflix back until I pay Netflix, WHY?

 

I have been on Netflix for several years with a Sky package

 

Sky do not look after disabled people who have been with you for over 25 years after over 7 hours talking to Sky and being told differant stories and solutions my contract is with Sky for Netflix not Netfix direct

 

Please help  a disabled 80 year old with 25 years with Sky

@TotalDespair being disabled has nothing to do with it. Which subscription packages do you have with Sky? It will be shown in the emailed confirmation of your new contract.

If you subscribe to Netflix via Sky then what happens when you enter your Sky account details into their sign in box?
