Pay

When I go through to pay my bill it only brings up the tv bill not the mobile and want to pay my bill

You shouldn't have to manually pay your mobile bill as you should have either a credit/debit card or a direct debit setup on your account so Sky can take it automatically from you so have you go this in place ?

Have you linked your ID to your mobile account as per this:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/link-a-sky-id-to-your-sky-mobile-account

 

If you have then you will have to call Sky on 150 about this so they can look into it for you.
