All I am trying to do here Is "CHANGE MY PASSWORD"  why Is sky giving me so much grief?

During the Process I have successfuly  loaded DIsney into my account with my New Password but unfortunately still cannot access my main account to change the Password their/

Sorry - I'm confused. You mentioned a new password. Which password have you successfully changed to a new password? What do you mean by your main account? And what was the error message when you tried @caesarome's link?
