Hi @Lynda304   Just tell them you have forgotten your password,  they will then use other questions to check your identity.

When you call and are asked questions by the bot try saying nothing so hopefully it routes you through to adviser because us customers on here can not help with this as we can only suggest you use this forgotten password reset link for your online account:

Hi @Lynda304   You were clearly connected to an idiot. I would try again and with a bit of luck reach a competent advisor. While you are there, ask them what your telephone password is.
