Parcel DPD deemed missing

Hi,

My name is Sarah Aupin I'm expecting a new parcel (removed) since last week 7/11/24.

Beeing in contact with DPD they said the delivery man has encountered an issue and the parcel is deemed missing.

They add thay they have informed SKy.

The engineer is booked to come in on the 22/11/24. Witouy the sky box what can I do ?

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

What is it that DPD were due to deliver, what sort of Sky box ?

It's sky broadband + channels.

It was supposed to be redelivered on the 07/11/24.

Best since then DPD never came back and now they are saying the parcel is deemed as missing.
