Restriction

Hi my account has been restricted due to fraudulent activity on my bank and the direct debit failing. I can clear most of the balance but not completely. Will that mean it can't be put back on - someone said you can minus £25 but not sure if this is true. I'm a silver VIP and this had not ever happened before.

As you services have been restricted then the bill will need to be paid in full and the payment will need to be setup again before your services will be restored.

So you can't pay most of the balance ? I'm only around £20 short but have no way of getting it at all before next pay day

As I understand it, it's an automated system. Sometimes the system will allow you to carry over your outstanding bill to next month. I don't believe the front line advisers can influence the process.
