Has your problem now been resolved as my problem seems to be exactly like yours.

Now 7 weeks and still the same nobody seems to be helping

Yes it was, Sky backend removes my paramount+premium subscription, then I had to start over by registering for free basic, then subscribe to premium.

 

Confirm with customer support if backend working on your issue.

I have had exactly the same problem. And told exactly the same !!  But after 8 months of this problem and being told it's my fault I must have the wrong log in details, I paid for the upgrade for paramount and it worked straight away with the same log in details I have always used. 

I believe it is part of skys plan to make you pay for it . 

I would like to know who many other people this has happened too .
