Paramount + log in account issue?
Hi I have Sky Cinema and the free Paramount + with ads subscription.
I got a new Sky Q box a few months ago and now while logging into Paramount + it shows that my account does not have an active subscription. When I go through the option to add one I get sent to a page which give the subscription tiers and this shows that I do have this subscription. I can only guess that my paramount + may be under a different email however I dont remember using a different one and therefore dont know what it would be.
I cant seem to cancel this subscription to readd it to my paramount+ account.
Any suggestions?

@caesarome Thanks I've contacted them. They are going to contact Sky and see what can be done.

Unfortunately I've contacted Paramount plus twice theyve said they need to liase with Sky and went through the same questions twice. I've not received a response or resolution. The only option for help with sky seems to be to call.
Is there any way for a forum staff member to escalate this?
