How did you sign up for 9 month free period of paramount plus. I believe you have sign up direct on Paramount + web site as your subscription is directly though them not though Sky . It only available to new subscribers to paramount plus not exsisting subscribers where you had a account direct with them or though Sky before. Also if only want the free period you have to let that period run and only cancel a couple of days before that period ends other wise cancling long before that date, you lose the rest of of your free period from the time you cancel.
