Disney plus

I've been told I get disney plus on my sky subscription so I cancelled my disney plus with Disney, but now I can't get disney because they want my card details again, what have I done wrong?

@-Chrissy17-  Your post has been moved from the Sky+ board as Sky+ does not support any apps not is Disnet + available to Sky+ customers, which TV box do you have?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

First thing to point out is you originally posted on the Sky+ board. Sky+ boxes are incapable of receiving Disney+
