Good morning
6 months ago, I spoke to a sky representative. I requested a paper bill to be sent to me by post. I was informed that this may take a few months. I am still awaiting the bill, I have not received the bill in paper form. Will you assist me please with regard to this matter.
kind regards
Marguerite Quelch

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAs we are customers were can not help you other than to advise you check to see if your account has been set for a paper bill and you can check that here:

If it hasn't then it will need changing, there will be a small charge for each paper bill that you are sent.
The alternative is to download a pdf copy and print it yourself as it will be the same as one sent to you via the post.
