Apple pencil fault

Ordered an iPad with a apple pencil, order arrived but the pencil is faulty tried apple and they said it was faulty and yo return to sender. SKy issued a returns label and sent the pencil back. I've not heard from sky about sending me a new one out (I'm still paying for it though) and I can't seem to get through to anyone!

It is unlikely that Sky will send you another one until this one has been sent off to be looked at to see if it can be fixed so for an update you would need to call them to find out what the latest is.
