Paid twice

Hi all. Hoping someone (ideally from sky) can help. My services were blocked due to non payment. I went to pay today and it came back saying your payment didnt go through, so I done it again and it went through. I checked my account and it has come out twice. Ive tried calling sky but am sat on hold for hours on end

What account showed it was taken twice, your own, if this is the case as well as the billed now being paid do you also see a credit on your account ?
