I was about to sign up for Netflix on the offer available. However it said my next bill will be £69 why is that? I currently pay £24.

Hi @funicular1953   Only you can tell why, compare your previous bills with your future bills.

@funicular1953

Adding something to account see your bill being recalculated and also as we pay in advance it could see that on your next bill you are charged more than the usual 4 weeks for it as the billing would start from the date it was added to the account, up to the date the date of the next available bill and the next 4 weeks.

Re: Billing

The offer is £0 for 4 months and then £4.50 so add £24 to £4.50 and that makes £28.50 not £69. I have discounts at the minute for signing on for another 2 years. If I take on something extra would I then lose the discounts? I have tried to read all of the "bumf" but it makes no sense to me.

It could be due to this where this price is coming from as it used to be the case that if you had a discount thyen you wouldn't be able to add another one, no idea if that is still the case ?
