We are mainly customers on here trying to help other customers and you aren’t directly contacting Sky Customer Services.

You can't request refunds via the forum and will need to call Sky to see if this is possible as the coverage has apparently started.

@RIC9 We're fellow customers here not sky support so can't refund anything

you will need to call sky direct and discuss the possibility of a refund which is no way guaranteed
