Paid a late Mobile Bill
Hi, I haven't been able to pay for the for sims I have for mine & my family's phones. As of today I've paid the balance in full. How long does it take FOR sky to receive payment & uncancel my mobile account please?

I have 4 mobile sim contracts & now I've made payment in full, how long will be take for us to able to use our phones again please?

Hi @LisaRavo83 That is not something we would know. However, you may have to wait until Monday for your payment to reach their bank.

@LisaRavo83 How late were you in making payment and have you setup a new continuous payment method as that also needs doing before restrictions are lifted

If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well and if you’re in arrears for 56+ days Sky can fully terminate your subscription (but you’ll still owe the arrears). If this is part of a credit agreement purchase (mobile or Sky Glass for example) non payment can see the credit agreement cancelled at which point the full amount becomes due in one payment .
Otherwise once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant. Any payment you make over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday won’t be processed until the following week.
