I have 2 different accounts with sky (2 separate properties), using 2 diferent email addresses (and so have 2 different account numbers). Every time I sign in with the email address for the second property, it brings up the other account. I have tried clearing my history so that should not be the cause.
Do you use the email address as the login details so the username part ?
Does each account have a different email address set up as their recovery one ?
