Owed money by sky - broadband cancellation

Hello,

 

I cancelled Broadband with Sky last month be my latest bill shows I'm owed money. I never got this back as a refund, will this money be used off next months bill instead?

Depends on what services you have - some credit can be used/some can't.

 

We can escalate for a refund if the account is showing in credit.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own
