I left sky in April this year 2024 and my account is still in credit £21.50 why hasn't this been paid back to me by now please could someone get back to me on how I will receive this refund thanks Stuart.

We are fellow customers on here so you’re not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on the forum.
Refunds can take up to 6 weeks from your last day of connection providing the payment method is still active on your Sky account. This will be longer if the payment method has been cancelled as Sky will have to manually raise a cheque and post it to you.
If you’d rather, we can help get it refunded within 3-5 working days via the Messaging Team on here. Let us know on this thread if that’s what you want to do.

Find out moreWe can't issue your refund @Stu43 because we are customers but what we can do is to alert Sky's messaging team for you which I have done as they can issue the refund as long as you respond to the chat invite when it sent to you tomorrow morning, you then have 48 hours to respond or it will be closed.
