My sky bill

I've paid my sky bill my sky glass TV  and they keep trying to take out the money out of my bank six times they've tried to take it now when I have already paid it I've spoken three times and they said it will not happen again but they keep doing it and now the bank want to take money from me because of it they want to charge me

@GeoffreyMorgan  Your duplicate thread posted in the Sky stream forum has been removed as you don't need to duplicate your posts.

 

If you have a recurring payment in place such as card or direct debit you shouldn't make any manual payments as these issues can be caused by doing that

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

They are taking the payment because you will have setup a monthly payment when you setup your account so you should not need to pay it manually like you did so do you see a credit on your account for the amount you paid as it is this that can be refunded to you if you want ?

 

You say they have tried to take it 6 times which seems a bit odd as usually if a direct debit fails the first time Sky would only try once more.

Thanks for your help everyone but they are still trying to take it on the phone the bank today and sky and they are saying that they are not trying to take it but I keep getting notifications from the bank and sky to say I'm still trying to take it
