Overpayment?
Recently had a call to say I owe £1000 to Sky and couldn't think how, especially when I only have broadband and it's paid by DD each month. But when I checked my app today it's in credit of £1000- so either they owed me a lot, or they have messed up and done an accidental credit. Tried calling, just rings and no answer so what do I do?

You will need to either phone them or use one of the social media links at the bottom of this page to ask them to issue the refund.
