Overpayment

I changed my package details on 12th April ( took sports off) guy on phone told me there would be a £10 fee ( which am sure at the end of the call said they would waver it) now I've been changed the £10 on my WiFi bill and it's showing up on my tv package too ...and can't get to speak to anyone

When calling just remain on the line when asked anything by the bit so don't reply to any questions it asks you.
