I have had my internet swapped by mistake of address how can I sort it

I had a router delivered for my neighbour with my address on it ltr that day had message off sky saying sorry ur leaving  us contacted them told them but this morning no internet and try contacting sky and it's says I'm not with them absolutely tamping 23 years been with them any suggestions to get it sorted 🙏

You will have to contact as soon as you can if you are yet to do this as it might be that someone somewhere has made a mistake on their broadband order so have used your address in error.

Sky phone lines are down no way to contact them.
