Well you won't be contacted by Sky in response to your post here. They have no easy way of linking your Sky account to your forum ID.

If you want to speak to Sky you'll need to call. Unfortunately their lines are down at the moment so you'll need to wait until they're up and running again.

Or if you post some details here, we'll try to explain why your account has been charged.
