Overpayment
My direct debit failed so I made the payment by debit card. My account now shows credit but Sky are still applying for direct debit payment

Re: Overpayment
@Janb4 Making a manual payment when a direct debiot in place isn't needed as it won't stop the Direct debit from being taken.
If your DD fails Sky usually try again 10 days later, you should never make a manual payment unless asked to do so.
You'll need t let the DD payment be taken and credited to your account before a refund can be processed.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
